Peter Amangbo became the Chairman of Zenith Pensions Custodian Limited (ZPC) on June 1, 2014 at the same time he assumed office as the Group Managing Director of Zenith Bank Plc. Prior to this appointment, He was a pioneer Director on the Board of Zenith Pensions Custodian Limited (ZPC).

Mr. Amangbo has over twenty years banking experience. He was a consultant with PricewaterHouseCoopers, before commencing his banking career in 1993.

He is an alumnus of INSEAD and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He holds an MBA from the Warwick Business School and a B.Eng in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.


Nkem Oni-Egboma is the Managing Director of Zenith Pensions Custodian Limited. She holds a Second Class Upper Degree in Accounting (1989) from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and a Masters in Banking and Finance – MBF (1998) from the University of Lagos, Akoka. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA).

She brings with her almost 20 years experience in the banking industry (majorly Zenith Bank Plc) in Treasury Operations, Internal Control and Audit, Marketing, and General Management.

Prior to her appointment as the Managing Director of Zenith Pensions Custodian Limited, she had previously held the position of Zonal Head, Zenith Bank Plc in charge of Allen Zone (comprising Allen, Opebi, and Allen 2), supervising over 150 workforce. Her major function was providing transformational leadership as well as ensuring an excellent and steady growth in the balance sheet size of the branches under her supervision.

She has attended various training programmes, which includes Audit through the Computer in Financial Institutions, and Trade Seminar –Citibank, New York.



Yinka Ajayi is the Executive Director, Operations in Zenith pensions Custodian Limited. She holds a B.Sc. degree in Actuarial Science from The University of Lagos and an MBA from the Obafemi Awolowo University. She is also a Fellow of the Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria.

Yinka has over 25 years experience in Banking and related Financial services. She joined Zenith International Bank in 1992 and had several responsibilities in Banking Operations. She at various times held strategic positions in the Head Office and Branch Retail Banking Operations and was a pioneer member of the Bank’s Total Quality Management team. She was also actively involved in facilitating In-house training programs for the Bank for several years. Her activities earned her several awards in the Bank such as the prestigious MD/CEO award for Operational Efficiency and TQM award for setting and monitoring Service Standards.

Yinka was seconded to Zenith Pensions Custodian Limited to spearhead operational controls and service delivery where she was fully involved in putting operational structures in place. She was a member of the project team that set up Zenith Pensions Custodian Limited.

She has attended several training programs in Pension Management and Global Custody which include Euromoney Pension Fund strategy Course, Nairobi Kenya, Introduction to Global Custody (In accordance with the standards and procedures of the Securities and Investments Institute, London, U.K) -H.B.L. Consultancy Services, Hands-On training in Custody Operations at Computershare Pty, Johannesburg, S.A. and knowledge sessions in Global Custody at Barclays Bank of Kenya Limited, Kenya Commercial Bank Limited and national Industrial Credit bank Limited, Nairobi, Kenya.
Mrs. Williams made her mark as a first class academician and later proved herself as a skilled administrator; she is one of the first Nigerian women to obtain a PhD in mathematics. She was also the country’s first female vice-chancellor (University of Benin 1985-1991).

Born in Warri December 16, 1932, she attended the prestigious Queens College, Yaba from where she went on to the University of Ibadan, the University of Vermont and later, University of Chicago, both in the United States of America. In 1974 she became the first female professor of mathematics.

In 1973, she was the chairman of the curriculum review committee. She is a member of the governing council of UNESCO Institute of Education, consultant to UNESCO and Institute of International Education Planning as well as member of Africa mathematics programme at Newton Massachusetts USA. She has also being a vice-president of the World Organisation for Early Childhood Education.

Alele-Williams was also on the Vision 2010 committee. A consummate author on mathematics, she is a director of Chevron Nigeria Limited. National honours include Order of the Niger 1987.

Sir Steve Omojafor became a Director of Zenith Pensions Custodian Limited (ZPC) on August 1, 2010. He graduated with a BA (Hons) in Mass Communication from the University of Lagos in 1972.

An accomplished Public Relations Practitioner who has distinguished himself in the Nigerian Communication, Advertising/Publicity arena, Sir Omojafor worked with Rosabel Advertising Limited and pioneered the establishment of STB-Mccann Limited where he sits as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer

Sir Omojafor is the immediate past Chairman of Board of Directors, Zenith Bank Plc. (Parent Company of ZPC).

He has attended various educational Programmes and Workshops both locally and offshore including the United States of America, Australia etc.


Mr. Ebenezer Onyeagwu is an Executive Director of Zenith Bank Plc. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) 2003 as well as an Alumnus of the University of Pennsylvania, USA (Wharton Executive Education), Columbia Business School, Columbia University, United States of America and the Harvard Business School. .

Mr. Onyeagwu has over twenty two (22) years cognate banking industry experience. He worked as Credit Analyst in the defunct Financial Merchant Bank Limited and later joined Citizens International Bank Limited where he held several management positions in the Bank ranging from Branch Head, Warri Branch and Ikoyi Branch respectively. .

He joined Zenith Bank Plc in 2002 as a Senior Manager in the Internal Control and Audit Group of the bank and has served in various capacities as Assistant General Manager, in charge of coordination of strategies for Business Development and Relationship management for Ikeja branch and General Manager, Zonal Head, Ikeja Zone, responsible for the supervision of twenty five (25) branches of the bank within Ikeja and Otta, Ogun State.

Until his appointment, he was the General Manager in charge of Commercial Banking Group as well as Ikeja Zone of the Bank.

Adaora holds a Bachelors degree in Sociology from the University of Jos and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Calabar. She is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management and also a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Nigeria (ICPAN).

She has extensive experience, which span over several years of covering various department of the bank ranging from Customer Service, Treasury and Credit & Marketing. She has won numerous awards for service excellence and business development in the bank. She has attended a number of offshore courses including an Executive Education programme on Strategic Thinking and Management for Competitive Advantage at Wharton Business School, Pennsylvania, USA in 2002. She also attended the Harvard Business School Executive Education (OPM) in 2004.

She is the Regional/Group Director of the bank heading the Abuja Zone, which has the responsibility of managing the large corporates, high net worth individuals and Private and Public Sector relationship, in the Federal Capital Territory.
